Kemu Home has once again joined hands with Beijing Song Art Museum and invited national trend artist Zheng Yuanwu to carry out an art creation public education activity themed on Kemu Pumpkin Chair.

The Song Workshop Public Class is a signature event of the Song Art Museum that connects with the public. Teacher Zheng Yuanwu is skilled at improvisational art creation in daily life, while Kemu serves as a carrier that bridges home life and art design. The three joined forces to hold an extremely cool interactive graffiti creation session with the public who love life and art.

The element of pumpkin has always been favored and used by many renowned artists (such as Yayoi Kusama). The pumpkin chair, a design piece by Kemu, gets its name from its rounded shape that closely resembles a pumpkin. It has a soft texture all over, is integrally formed using special technology, and features an enhanced wrapping seating design. The specially made base can rotate 360 degrees and also rock back and forth.

As soon as Teacher Zheng laid eyes on the pumpkin chair, a strong desire to create was aroused. While sitting and continuously spinning and swaying, the idea of improvising graffiti on the spot emerged: "We guide everyone to take the scenes they observe in daily life, process and transform them through their own minds into a free form to release, and display them on the surface of the model through graffiti, forming an installation artwork." Through the artistic beauty of lines, create a unique pumpkin chair installation work in one's hands that belongs exclusively to one's inner thoughts, is one-of-a-kind, and has unique significance.

The colorful pumpkin chair is the star of the festive atmosphere, but it is by no means just a "mere showpiece". The Kemu pumpkin chair was designed by the Kemu team based on observing countless users' real-life situations, deriving from their sitting and lying habits, curling up to read, leisure postures, and so on. Since its launch, it has been loved by both children and adults in families, and some have even become a habitat for their beloved pets at home.

During the event, every guest, both adults and children, received a white model of Kemu's mini pumpkin chair and participated in impromptu graffiti creation under the guidance of Teacher Zheng.

The cute pumpkin chairs naturally inspire children's quirky creativity, and adults instantly rediscover the joy of childhood innocence.

As time flew by, one by one, colorful yet distinctively styled mini pumpkin chair works were completed. Afterwards, everyone excitedly took their "works" to interact with the real pumpkin chairs. Zheng Yuanwu | A graffiti artist

who graduated from Shandong University of Arts, currently lives in Beijing and Shanghai. He has held solo exhibitions in Beijing, Shanghai, Daegu (South Korea), Singapore and other places. His personal art IP has collaborated with brands such as 361 Degrees, Kangaroo Doctor, Discovery, Peacebird, TSMLXLT, Aimerfeel, and Mia. He has been invited to hold live graffiti performances and lectures in commercial spaces such as Times Art Museum, Beijing Jinbao Street, Tianjin K11, Guangzhou Huamao TianDi, Foshan, Vanke, Shanghai Hong Kong Plaza, Ningbo Hankyu, and Hangzhou KPRO on multiple occasions.
